The EnReMilk consortium participated in the IDF World Dairy Summit 2016 (16th-19th October 2016 in Rotterdam). They had several dissemination activities additional to this event.

Dr. rer. nat. Ana Lucía Vásquez-Caicedo (Fraunhofer), Prof. Dr. Jörg Hinrichs and Balz Baehler (UHOH) as well as Colin Turner (Dantech) took part at IFT 2015 in Chicago from July 11th – 14th 2015.
Within the session “Technology Transfer from Academia to Industry – Approaches and Case Studies” Dr. Vasquez presented the academic approach with her presentation about “EnReMilk Project - Integrated engineering approach validating reduced water and energy consumption in milk processing for wider food supply chain replication”. Prof. Dr. Hinrichs and Mr. Bähler presented “A soft matter approach for process analysis and the development of new technologies” and Mr. Turner spoke about “Technical aspects of microwave innovation in the dairy industry”.
